We are open! We commit to providing the same high-quality care that we always have, with additional safety measures in place to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.
We are screening everyone who enters the building (including ourselves) for fever and other symptoms every day. Please call our office prior to visiting if you have had a fever over 100.0, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, headache, muscle pain, or new loss of taste or smell, or if you have recently been exposed to anyone with known or suspected infection.
Masks or cloth face coverings are required for all who enter the building to protect our patients and staff. Please bring one from home if possible, to conserve resources.
In order to minimize potential exposure, only 1 visitor is allowed to accompany each patient at this time. All visitors are screened on arrival. Please do not visit if you have a fever, cough, other symptoms of COVID, or recent exposure to anyone who is sick.
We have increased frequency of disinfection and rearranged our lobby to maintain social distancing guidelines.
We do not offer testing services for COVID-19 at this facility. For testing sites, please visit the Benton Franklin Health District website here or contact your primary care provider.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your appointment, please call us at (509) 588-7613.
